| As the main cutting tool of shearer, the cutting performance of drum directly affect the production efficiency and the quality of shearer. Then,the factors which determine the cutting performance of shearer drum not just refers to drum structural parameters, the movement parameters of it also occupies a key position. At present, studying on the structure parameters of drum is very rich, but the research on motion parameters of drum is scanty. Therefore, based on the actual production condition and the drum structure parameters, establish the finite element model of shearer drum cutting coal, and study on the effects of drum speed and traction speed to load, which is of great significance in increasing in the shearer cutting performance and efficiency.In this paper, based on the analysis of cutting mechanism and coal petrography crushing theory, the finite element model of the shearer cutting coal seam is established using the LS-DYNA module in ANSYS, to simulation analysis of the drum load in25sets of conditions with different drum speed and traction speed. In LS-PREPOST processing extracting the equivalent stress nephogram of coal petrography and drum, analysis on the evolution process, obtain the three directions load duration curve on different conditions and the mean value and coefficient of variation of it, and summarize detailed summary of the curve and coefficient changes with motion parameters. The curves of simulation data is draw using of MATLAB, analysis of the influence of drum speed and traction speed on the load, and comparatively analysis the matching relationship between the two motion parameters.Through the research and analysis, the theory of shearer drum cutting coal and the loading stress distribution and the evolution is had a new understanding. And the influence of roller motion parameters on the load is obtained, that for further analysis of the matching relationship between drum speed and traction speed provide a reliable method, also provide a basis for selected two motion parameters. |
