In the coal mine downhole, when mining equipment needs to move forward, so is the belt conveyor. On this time, you need to use the mobile drive end, which is as the connecting link of reproduced machine and conveyor, can be well compatible with the belt conveyor. When the mobile drive end is moving forward, so is the tail roller. At this time, if the tensioning device were not taut in time, the conveyor belt on the head driving drum were prone to slip or more serious accidents were maybe happended. So the dynamic analysis of belt conveyer coming from forward moving mobile drive end is to be researched.In my thesis, two aspects of theory analysis and simulation analysis on the condition of belt conveyor are studied. First of all, the research progress of dynamic characteristics analysis on the belt conveyor is summarized. Secondly, tensioning theory and theory of dynamic characteristics on the condition of the belt conveyor are analyzed. Thirdly, the control block diagram is drawed for the frequency control of motor speed automatic tensioning device, the components of which are established the mathematical models, at the same time, the tail and the whole conveyor system have been built the mathematical model, which are used for the establishment of the simulation model and parameter Settings. Finally, the dynamic simulation model of the belt conveyor coming from forward moving mobile drive end was established based on AMESim in the finite element, and a simulation analysis was carried out.The simulation result shows that:(1) When the tail was moving forward in three exponentially stable growth speed,which are0.075m/s、0.15m/s and0.3m/s:1) The three situations of the conveyer belt were made a response at the same time, the tail conveyor belt was responded quickly and stress wave spread to the nose after3.33seconds;2) When the stable speed increased by multiples, the maximum wave number of tension, velocity and acceleration from the nose and the tail of conveyor belt were doubling, the greater speed of conveyor belt, the worse instant impact damage;3) The tension of conveyor belt on the nose is about as5times as that on the tail.When the volatility was larger, the greater effect was on the vibration of the conveyer belt on the nose.When running at a faster rate than a certain value, the head of conveyor belt tension fluctuation is likely to be beyond the tension fluctuation of belt conveyor starting, which were harmfull.(2)I have the tail moved according to the intermediate speed from the above three kinds of speed,according to that, Loose edge separation point of driving drum have been analyzed, which can be obtained that Loose edge of driving drum did not appear slip under the speed control. The dynamic curve of the ensioning device, seeing that tensioning device tightened the driven roller conveyor belt in time, has been analyzed.Above all, When the tail was moving forward within the scope of0.075m/s and0.3m/s, which can meet the normal work of the belt conveyor,the loose dege of head driving drum for the5.9km belt conveyor did not skid. The simulation result also shows that the tail moves forward more slowly as far as possible to prevent the nose belt skidding and prevent from more serious accidents, which provide certain theoretical support for the design of belt conveyor.
