Analysis And Study Of The Planning Ecological Environment Impact In Datong Medical Industrial Park

The paper based on the planning of ecological environment impact assessment studies as the subject, selected Datong medical industrial park planning environmental impact assessment as the object of study.This paper used the planning analysis, investigation and evaluation of the ecological status, identification and evaluation of targeting of the ecological impact, evaluation of the ecological impact prediction, and the rationality analysis of the planning and environmental. Proposed mitigation measures of the ecological impact, found the technical route, used the basic method of the environmental impact assessment, predicted and evaluated on the ecological effects of Datong medicine industrial park development. The result is:(1) The park planning area of Datong pharmaceutical industrial is20km2. The planning area:the northern boundary to the Luo Zhen Ying village in the Datong County, the eastern boundary to the muddy road, the southern boundary to the north shore Sanggan river lkm, the western boundary to the East River lkm. The park is located in the intersection of the Datong Sanggan River and the Yuhe River.The distance of the park planning area to the provincial nature protection of Sanggan River is300m. The park downstream is the Cetian Reservoir with the capacity of86000000cubic meters. The location is sensitive from the ecological protection.(2) This paper studied the consistency of the Relevant laws and regulations with the park planning, the analysis of the coordination of relevant planning. The investigation of the present ecological environment obtained from the six aspects:ecological function zoning of Datong City and County, the land use, soil evaluation, ecosystem function, and the condition of Forestland and wildlife conservation. According to the ecological function evaluation factor, obtained64points of the Comprehensive ecological function of Datong pharmaceutical industrial park.(3) This paper predicted and evaluated ecological effects with the method of list,Graph overlay, ecological mechanism analysis, and other methods. The results obtained from the six aspects, soil evaluation, landscape, agricultural production, man-made forest, wild animal and its environment, ecosystems, etc. The prediction result is61points. Compared with pre-construction dropped three points, still the two eco-functional levels.(4) This paper proposed6ecological protection and compensation measures for the after construction. Set the biological pathways for the migratory birds and other animals in the distance of1km to Sanggan River, strengthen the protection of wild animals, reconstruction of man-made poplar forest, and transplant Pine, bringing use the existing woodlands. Setting protection forest is no less than100m. Strengthening regional ecological functions. Setting10-15m green belt along the main roads of the Industrial Park. Ensuring the implementation of the compensation policy with the woodland and farmland.(5) The land use of the industrial park accord with the Datong city spatial development strategy planning and land use planning. From the analysis of ecological environmental impact, this planning and site selection is rational.
