By investigating the destruction of local land from coal mining and proposed degree of damage, this paper reviews Qingcheng mine in Shanxi combining with data survey and making for statistics by MSPS,wich analytical predicts proposed destruction of land size,extent of damage, the influence on ecological environment and conducts a feasibility evaluation of land reclamation.Project research results show that:1Approved in the mining had destroyed the land area of18.10hm2, the main methods of accounting for the destruction of pressure damage. Among them, the industrial site and wind pressure on the well site ground to13.19hm, coal gangue field piled pressure on land accounted for2.95hm2, Road transport of mainly coal, slag, coal gangue and garbage on the land accounted for1.96hm2, they were all severe damage.2The mine collapse will destroy119.58hectares within the next decade, of which destroy the arable land of36.52hectares, forestland22.05hectares, shrub land30.08hectares and other grass30.93hectares. The south boundary of collapse has not been impact beyond the field, after full of coal seam mining, the south boundary of collapse has not been impact beyond the field.3The coal will have significantly effect on the soil environment. Firstly, the initial stage of construction on the land surface can damage the soil compaction, leveling, change the structure of soil profile; Secondly, the formation of collapse pit, collapse ducts increase undulations of the ground, making soil more mobile, and the pit, the peripheral groove, the erosion and gravity intensified in the valley area, thereby causing damage on the surface of the soil; Thirdly, coal dust generated during mining contamination through leaching and precipitation from descending into the soil environment and other ways, from physics,chemistry and other aspects affecting the surrounding soil porosity, aggregate structure, pH, soil fertility and trace elements wait. Dust accumulation in the soil will increase soil adhesion, cause soil compaction and reduces soil porosity, soil surface crust and hindering soil gas exchange with the atmosphere, thereby inhibiting microbial activity. Mild to moderate damage to arable cultivation crop production by30%-50%, severe damage to crop production up to100%. 4The mine industrial sites (Chengxiang mine industrial sites, Qingcheng coal storage yard and mine ventilation shaft venue), When mining reclamation is completed, stripping waste72.06m3on the soil surface, waste shipped to the site will be cleaned subsidence area surrounding rural roads, in accordance with the roadbed width of4m, filling material is filled with gravel, pavement design and3m wide, filling materials for the industrial site stripping waste. Ditch trapezoidal cross-section, the inside is1:1-1:1.5, bottom width and depth of0.4m, longitudinal slope of0.5%standard for road rehabilitation. Then cleaning three industrial sites within the soil formation, the thickness of0.6m above the soil, deep plowing0.3m, plow layer thickness0.3m, terrain slope<20°, field surface slope<5°, up arable soil requirements, and then leveling the surface, through the cultivation of green manure crops, organic and inorganic fertilizers and bio-fertilizers ways increased soil fertility, and the construction of corresponding drains, cellars settling basin and appropriate reservoir and other water conservancy facilities.5Qingcheng coal gangue field will be filled with some subsidence areas and roads for repair until after mining overburden planting trees, alfalfa, clover and other trees and grass greening. Reclamation in subsidence area of soil fill, fertilize the soil and other measures to quickly restore and enhance the existing production capacity of subsidence area.
