In the field of composite equipments, the application of fiber-reinforced composite is gradually transforming from non-load-bearing and sub-load-bearing structure parts to the large main-load-bearing ones. Curing deformation simulation technology can predict and control the curing deformation of large components through adjusting complex influence factors during the design phase. But existing simulation technology can only predict simple shape components, not components with complex curved-surface. Focusing on the curing deformation of curved-surface resin composite component, this paper proposes using computational fluid dynamic method to establish composite material coordinate system and builds corresponding multi-physics simulation model.Based on the Fourier’s law of heat conduction and the curing kinetics, this article obtains the curing and temperature changes in the curing process of AS4\3501-6composite laminates in the Comsol software.Respectively studying the evolution laws of physical parameters of the resin matrix and fiber reinforced body in the curing process and using the theory of mesoscopic mechanics, the research sets up evolution laws of physical parameters of the corresponding composite material system. Then, according to the composite material mechanics theory, the composite residual stress module is joined to the previous thermal chemical module to build the composite deformation model.Researching on Navier-Stokes equation and comparing the similarities between the direction of the fiber material and fluid flow lines, the paper take advantage of the computational fluid dynamics model to establish the curved-surface composites’material coordinate system. By integrating it with the composites deformation models, the article gets the curing deformation model of curved-surface resin composite componentFinally, verify the effectiveness of the curing deformation model of curved-surface resin composite component by using the fiber Bragg grating strain testing system and thermocouple temperature testing system to test the strain and temperature changing courses in a curved-surface composite component’curing process.The curing deformation model established in this article solves the bottleneck problems in applying the curing deformation theory to engineering, provides a feasible method to finally solving the curing deformation problem.
