Abstract:Blasting technique is usually used in sinking and driving engineering to achieve tunnel excavation, hence the quality of the blasting design directly decides the safety, cost and quality of the tunnel excavation. Currently, the design plan is often determined by the in-situ geological environment and the designers’experience, which often lead to bad consequences such as unreasonable selection of blasting parameters, low efficiency of manual drawing and design. Based on this situation, this paper developed an blasting system for tunnel excavation, the main works of this paper are listed as follows:1. The design flows of blasting scheme were analyzed. According to the principle and parameters in the design of blasting scheme, input parameters used in the design system were selected. The output parameters of the system were selected according to the design goal of the blasting scheme. The system database of input and output information was then well established.2. Both the expert system and the BP neural network algorithm were introduced, and analyzed the system structure of the expert system and its advantages and disadvantages, in order to determine the system module whose knowledge is expressed by BP arithmetic, and analyzed the design of each module, as the theoretic basis of system.3. Choose Visual C++as the development of language of the design system, combined the theory of expert system and the BP neural network, according to the principle of mine tunneling blasting design and the system design of each module in the program, established the design system of mine excavation blasting, and the system was applied to the engineering instance, the running results show the correctness and feasibility of the system.4. The output system of mine excavation blasting was designed and developed in the DIMINE software platform. Through put the results of design system into DIMINE software, realizes the output of blasting scheme and blasting charge form in the blast arrangement. The output results are compared with actual results, proved the accuracy of the results.
