Nowadays energy and safety issues has become more and more prominent, so theresearches of automotive steels properties are important. As the hot forming steel,s intensitylevel above1500MPa is a new generation of the advanced high strength,and it gets not onlymore and more attention but also significant social economic benefits.22MnB5now as typicalcommercially produced steel,wins protection abroad.How to use Cr/Mn and microalloying wasdiscussed in this paper,and made use in basic research on hot forming steel,and also basic dataand design principle of the necessary was provided for the development of new independentintellectual property rights of hot forming steel parts.The thermal simulation method and thermal analysis method of basic mechannicalproperties was used to CCT curve of steel with different microstructure and condicions in thispaper.The results showed that after added Cr/Mn,the hard of the steel without boron wasimproved obviously,so we can develop the hot stamping steel.When the content of Cr and Mnreached1.25%and1.6%respectively,with the cooling rate20℃/s,full martensite can begot.The data of hard and hardness after quenched was above22MnB5.By microalloyed withniobium,little difference was found with22MnB5,but its hardness was much higher.Thismeans that microalloyed with niobium can on the basic of the strength to improve the plastic ofhot stamping steel through microstructure design.The basic of further research on independentintellectual property right of hot stamping steel was offered in this paper.
