| The passage mainly narrated the applications and developed conditions of track shoes that is used in engineering mechanic field. Aiming for the characteristics of low content of residual elements in boron steel through converter smelting and hardenability of steel is poor than the steel produced by electric-arc furnace, combination with quality requirement, the passage analyzed the influence of alloy elements on hardenability and mechanical capability, besides, heat treatment is also been researched.On the as of alloy elements, the passage introduced the hardenability and mechanical capability influence of vanadium and titanium. Concluding that titanium which is added in steel can insure the hardenability of boron. But redundant titanium will format inclusions and bring down the hardenability and synthetic performance. Vanadium added in steel can increase the hardenability and strength of steel, but redundant vanadium will also have influence on synthetic performance. Control the content of chromium in slight extent can insure the hardenability and mechanical performance. Based on research results, ascertain the appropriate element of 23MnB steel which is produced in Panzhihua steel.On the aspect of heat treatment, austenitization temperature is researched on the hardenability,synthetic,drawing-back temperature and ascertain the appropriate heat treatment technology which are quench:900°C ;temper:200°C. |
