In this paper, we take the movement which the ball in the casing of the tool whichcontrolling the top of the cement as the object of research. by the mechanical analysis of themovement, we can establish the model of the ball in the casing which apply to not matter thedensity of the ball is more than the fluid or it is small. By counting the time of the ball movingin the casing, to reduce the error of the injection volume between actual and designing so thatto prevent the resistance in logging process.In this paper, we mainly research the mechanical model of the ball in the fluid whichdisplace as three flow, such as plug flow and laminar flow and turbulent flow. under thecondition of centralized or decentralized in vertical well.Obtained the following research results:1establish the model of the ball in the casing in any condition which as centralized,decentralized, plug flow,laminar flow,turbulent flow and density.2By the test in exercise,the conclusion of this paper is proved effective and is helpful tothe Production.3Analysis the factors influence the efficiency of the2nd replacement and select thesuitable Parameters in replacement.
