| Ozone is an important part of the natural air,it is an allotrope of oxygen,closelylinked with the survival of the human environment.Natural ozone in the atmosphere, thestratosphere accounted of90%and the remaining10%of the distribution of ozone in thetroposphere.Ozone in the stratosphere absorbs biologically harmful ultraviolet radiation,amount of ozone in the troposphere cleans the atmosphere and playes an usefulrole,ozone has a strong oxidation,excessive near the ground it have extremely harmfuleffect on the growth of human’s health and plants. Ozone in the naturally atmospherehave a low level,small changes in a range of ozone concentrations caused by humanactivity will make such a great impact on the natural state of being.Xinjiang is located in the northwest border of China,Unique topographicalfeatures are "three mountains sandwiched two basins" and it is not conducive to thespread of pollutant. Xinjiang intensified as rapid industrialization and urbanization inrecent years, development, and human activities, air pollution especially in urban air isworsening.In this context, the paper selected typical areaes (Urumqi, Korla, Tazhong andAkedala) representatively in Xinjiang during2012to study the ozone concentrationvariation in time and space, characterized by a clear understanding of the distribution ofozone concentration in theoretical support of Xinjiang provide. This article initiallyformed the following conclusions:(1) The average concentration of ozone near the ground diurnal variation showedmore gentlely at night, dramatic changes in daytime. The ozone average concentration inAkedala was higher than the other three cities, Urumqi, Korla and Tazhong were lower.Diurnal variation trends of ozone concentration in Urumqi, Tazhong and Akedala showeda single peak, Korla was bimodal trend.The lowest and highest values of average ozoneconcentration in Urumqi respectively occured at8:00am and16:00pm, the lowest and highest values of Korla and Tazhong lagging behind in Urumqi in one hour and two hours,the lowest time in Akedala was at7:00am, the highest was the same with Urumqi.(2) The average concentration of ozone near the ground changing weekly, themagnitude of the change was not dramatic. The highest value of Akedala was on Saturday,the lowest value appeard on Monday.The highest value of Urumqi was on Thursday, andthe lowest value appeared on Tuesdays; The highest value of Korla was on Thursday,Friday and Saturday, the lowest value appeard in Wednesday.The highest value ofTazhong was on Monday, and the lowest value appeared on Wednesday.(3) Average month changes of surface ozone concentration of Urumqi, Korla andTazhong, increased gradually on January to July, reached the highest value on July.August to December showed a significant decreasing trend. Ozone concentrations ofAkedala showed a slow upward trend at January to June, and the highest was on June,then July and November showed a decreasing trend, December was higher thanNovember.The ozone concentration of Urumqi and Korla showed that the highestmonthly (July) was the minimum monthly (January)10.44times and5.2times.Thehighest monthly (July) of Tazhong was the minimum monthly (2013January) nearly3.48times. The highest month (June) of Akdala was the minimum monthly (November)nearly2times.(4) Monthly ozone concentration changing on near surface showed that Summer wasthe high season, Autumn winter was the low season, while the other three areaes wereSummer was the high season, winter was the low season.(5) Under different weather conditions, the average ozone concentration diurnalchange violently. Daily maximum values of Akdala were blowing dust, sunny, rainy andcloudy. Ozone hourly average concentration value in spring, summer and autumn waslittle difference, but the lowest hourly average concentration values varied greatly, themaximum and minimum ozone hourly average concentration values in winter variedgreatly. In Urumqi, the highest daily average value was rainy, sunny, rainy and snow, the highest and lowest hourly average concentrations value of ozone was not different.Highest daily seasons of Korla except winter was in snow, the other three seasones wererainy days, the maximum and minimum values of hourly ozone average concentrationwere less.The highest daily mean values of Tazhong were cloudy, rainy, cloudy weatherand blowing dust,and in spring, summer and winter the maximum ozone hourly averageconcentration was little difference, the lowest ozone hourly average concentration valuewas big difference,the highest and lowest ozone hourly average concentration valuesvaried greatly in Autumn.(6) In the influence of meteorological elements in Urumqi during2012,concentration of ozone had a little relationship with solar radiation in rainy day. Ozonehad some extent affected with solar radiation in cloudy, and a closely relation with solarradiation in sunny day.The average temperature, air humidity had a definite link withozone generating.The directions of wind in Urumqi was mainly east, southeast, southwestand south, southwesterly wind and southerly wind appeared in the majority, whensoutherly wind and southwesterly wind appeared, higher concentration of ozone periodappeared, and when east and southeast winds occurred, the ozone concentration wasrelatively low period. |
