The pre-anodized ultrathin carbon paste electrode is one of the emerging chemical modified electrodes.The PAIUCPE has received immense attention and widely used in biology, environment, energy and otherfields due to its outstanding properties, including low background current, wide range of potential, surfaceupdating easy. Therefore further research of the reaction mechanism of material on PAIUCPE anddevelopment of PAIUCPE values a lot. In this paper, we take nichrom alloy and316L stainless stell as thesubstrate electrode. Two kinds of PAIUCPEs are obtained based on the substrate electrodes and using themethod of carbon paste ultrathin, then with the electrode are simply pretreated with cyclic voltammetrymethod. In order to improve the sensitivity and selectivity of PAIUCPE and the application of chemicallymodified carbon paste electrode in pharmaceutical analysis,a series of study were carried on about buildingsimple method for drug determining and discussing the reaction mechanism at the surface of Electrode inthis paper.1. Study on the electrochemical behaviors and determination of Ceftriaxone Sodium on the pre-anodizedultrathin carbon paste electrodeIn this paper, nickel chromium alloy steel as matrix, under the pre anodized embedded ultrathin carbonpaste electrode was prepared, and in this foundation, was using cyclic voltammetry and linear cyclicvoltammetry of ceftriaxone sodium were studied in anodized embedded ultrathin carbon paste electrodeelectrochemical behavior, set up a new method for determination of ceftriaxone sodium, and ceftriaxonesodium on the electrode reaction has carried on the rational speculation.In PBS buffer solution pH=3.00,ceftriaxone sodium in1.0×10-7~2×10-4mol·L-1concentration showed a good linear relationship within thescope of the linear correlation coefficient R=0.998, the detection limit of2.6×10-8mol·L-1Use this methodfor direct determination of ceftriaxone sodium injection, results is satisfied.2. The establishment and application of pre-anodized ultrathin carbon paste316L-SS electrodeThe paper prepared embedded pre-anodized ultra-thin carbon paste electrode(PAIUCPE) using316Lstainless steel as the matrix, researched cyclic voltammetric response of ethamsylate on the electrode,established a new method for the determination of ethamsylate concentration, studied electrochemicaloxidation of ethamsylate in PAIUCPE-316L-SS, came to a reasonable conjecturethe about the oxidation reaction of ethamsylate in electrode. The result showed that a good linear relationship was obtained in therange of7.0×10-7~1×10-3mol·L-1at pH=5.00with a correlation coefficent of0.9994, the detection limitwas3×10-7mol·L-1. The method can be used for the determination of ethamsylate in human urine withsatisfactory results.3. The simultaneous determination of Adenine phosphate and Ascorbic Acid using pre-anodized ultrathincarbon paste316L-SS electrodeIn this paper, an embedded pre-anodized ultrathin carbon paste electrode was prepared by the matrixof316L stainless steel. It can simultaneous determine adenine and ascorbic acid, based on this, we built anew method for the simultaneous determination of both. Moreover, the electro-oxidation behaviormechanism of adenine and ascorbic acid were speculated reasonably. It indicated that the adenine andascorbic acid concentration in the range of1.0×10-7~9×10-5mol·L-1and1.0×10-6~4×10-4mol·L-1showed agood linear relationship with a detection limit of1.7×10-8mol·L-1and5.42×10-8mol·L-1, respectively. Thismethod was also used to determinate the content of Adenine and ascorbic acid in human urine, andanalytical results obtained by this novel method were very satisfactory.4. Study on the electrochemical reaction mechanism of Xanthine and Hypoxanthine and the simultaneousdetermination.The embedded pre-anodized ultrathin carbon paste electrode was prepared by the matrix of316L stainlesssteel in this paper, and a new method for determination of xanthine and hypoxanthine simultaneously wasbuild based on this electrode. In addition, the electro-oxidation behavior of xanthine and Hypoxanthine onpre-embedded ultrathin anodized carbon paste electrode was studied, and the electrochemical reactionmechanism of xanthine and hypoxanthine was speculated reasonably. In PBS buffer solution(pH=7.00), theoxidation peak currents was obtained from cyclic voltammetry strengthen linearly with increasing xanthineand hypoxanthine concentrations in the range of5.0×10-8~2×10-5mol·L-1and1.0×10-7~1.5×10-4mol·L-1with a detection limit of1.3×10-8mol·L-1and3.22×10-8mol·L-1, respectively. This method was also usedto determinate the content of xanthine and hypoxanthine in human urine with satisfactory results.
