Research On The Growth Of Enterprise Innovationability On Organization Niche

The main content of this paper is to study under the condition of market economy,in the background of the enterprise life cycle theory, based on the theory of enterpriseniche, ecological niche factor interaction model of enterprise innovation capability,study of different ecological niche factor to produce what kind of influence to theenterprise innovation ability, what is the role of the growth process in the enterpriseinnovation ability in effect, and the innovation ability of enterprises growth pathchoice, enterprises in the face of the current complex environment through innovativeability to grow to make a deal.The growth of niche theory and the innovation path based on these two aspects,according to the enterprise life cycle theory, extract the niche growth of enterprisetechnological innovation ability has significant effect of four kinds of factors from thefactor of enterprise niche (Technology, Resources, Needs and Culture), based on theecological niche factor model of enterprise innovation ability, analysis of enterprise inthe effect of different stage the ability to influence innovation niche growth of fourkinds of ecological niche factor based on the innovation ability of the enterprisegrowth path, urge the enterprise to make the growth path of optimal in the long stageof different options, and then puts forward some countermeasures and correspondingto further promote the enterprise innovation ability.
