In recent years, with the continuous development of fiber and the research and thedevelopment of polymer materials science and biological science, the new silk textileshave become a hot topic of research. However, Silk fabric and other material after graftingwith certain health care function, if it has the health functions such as stable lastingantibacterial became the focus of many researchers study goals. In order to development ofsilk fibroin in the field of far infrared heat preservation and antimicrobial properties, thisarticle uses Maifan stoneon regenerated silk fibroin material modification and the farinfrared and antibacterial properties of the blend membrane were studied.In this paper, the silks were dissolved by the ternary solution, dialyzed, freeze-driedunder minus80degrees, and then added to Maifan stone solution of nanoparticles. Finallysilk fibroin blend membranes were obtained. Exploring the radius distributions of Maifanstone of various concentrations in different mixing conditions, the results showed that theradius were20-40nm,100nm,200-400nm under different conditions. The FTIR andXRD results showed that the mixed membranes in the distribution of Maifan stone, Maifanstone particle size had no evident effect on the secondary structure and crystalline structureof silk membranes. The SEM results showed Maifan stone were mostly wrapped in silkprotein, but rarely found in the wall of hole.The antimicrobial properties of metals such as zinc, magnesium and potassium and itssalts contained in Maifan stone fiber are non-toxic harmless to human body health carefunction. This article uses the FZ T01021the fabric antibacterial performance test methodof test requirements, escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were adopted to carry outthe study of antibacterial properties. The results showed that Maifan stone fibroin blendmembrane the antibacterial rates of escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus were95.2%and98.0%.Results showed that the blend membrane has good antibacterial properties.Adopted far infrared thermometry to blend membrane were studied.Experimentalresult that mixed membranes containing Maifan stone far infrared heating rate especially in the initial heating rate show the result is better than that of pure silk membranes,and withthe increase of the content of Maifan stone blend membrane heating rate to speed up.Theresults show that fibroin/Maifan stone blend membrane than pure far-infrared fibroinmembrane has better performance.
