| In the production of floor tile of ceramic, ceramic slurry must have a high solid content and good liquidity, which is necessary to prepare the low cost and good quality ceramic. Increasing slurry amount can reduce energy consumption and increase the rate of the output of the powder in the late of spray drying. Too high content of solid will reduce the liquidity and stability of ceramic slurry, so it needs to add ceramic water reducing agent to improve liquidity property of the slurry. Therefore, it has great significance to develop low price and good property of water reducing agent in the ceramic industry.First chemical composition and mineral composition of billet used in the floor tile of wall of ceramics factory is analyzed. The investigation of the slurry preparation condition influence on of slurry liquidity, shows that the slurry flows well with slurry pH between7.2-9.3in12min of the ball mill time. The study of sodium silicate water reducing agent in ceramics factory effect on ceramic slurry liquidity, show that when adding amount was0.6%,67%of solid content of the slurry flow effect is better and the flow time is62s.After comparison of the10kinds of common single water reducing effect of water reducing agent, compounding the water reducing agent achieve improved water reducing effect of sodium pyrophosphate with β-Naphthalenesulfonic Acid-Formaldehyde Condensate (mass ratio of1:2) and sodium pyrophosphate with sodium citrate (mass ratio of1:2) binary composite water reducing agent. When adding amount was0.4%,67%of solid content of the flow time is not more than50s.Furthermore, with the glucose polymer modification, molecular design and reasonable selection of suitable reaction system, composite starch based water reducer can prepare. With dextrin-amino sulfonic acid as esterification system, DMF as dispersing medium, dextrin, amino acid and DMF in the mass ratio2.1:4, water bath heating temperature of90℃and heating time of2h, esterification degree and water reduce effect of products reach the best. composite starch based water reducer is prepared by sodium pyrophosphate, starch based water reducing agent and sodium silicate in the mass ratio of1:2:3. Water reducing effect is the best and the flow time of ceramic slurry with67%of solid content is41s when adding amount of composite starch based water reducer is0.5%.By comparing water reducing effect, billet strength effect and cost of composite starch based water reducer, with water reducing agent used in factory and composite water reducing agent, the results showed that composite starch based water reducer has high practical value in the water reducing effect and the cost of production. |
