In recent years, the number of deep well drilling is always more. With the increase of depth,the more and more complex, the difficulty is also a corresponding increase in cementing.How to ensure that every deep wells, deep wells well completion, have put forward higherrequirements on drilling and cementing. Deep well cementing cementing is difficult, long,large probability of channeling. In order to ensure the production and Protect environment,conducts the research to the deep well cementing problems need to solve, can effectivelysolve the problem of deep well cementing, ensure the quality of cementing a well.In order to improve the efficiency of deep well and deep well in application of anti gaschanneling technology as the goal, to gas in wellbore annulus migration mode, optimize thedrilling fluid and cement slurry rheological properties, an accurate description of thedownhole flow regularity, study of deep well completion technology scheme, as well as antichanneling cement slurry system are studied.On the basis of gas channeling process step by step mode to complete the whole process ofgas channeling in the experimental simulation, which is the core flow experiment device,production layer gas into the completed before cementing simulation annulus; two is thecompletion of the simulation of cement curing stage gas channeling channeling by gasanalyzer; three is through the transformation of instrument or processing a set simplechanneling device to simulate gas channeling cement slurry is solidified; on the basis ofexperimental analysis, using analysis method of gas seepage mechanics, a numerical modelof gas migration, and the formation of analysis software.Deep well cementing in Daqing oilfield gas channeling mechanism analysis, formed a set ofmore perfect indoor gas channeling evaluation technology. New cementing meter developedcan accurately measure the wellhead injection quantity and quality of returned, the measuringerror is less than1.5%;(based on the casing string with centralizer) on lowering frictioncalculation, boundary conditions, and establishes the mathematical model, the optimaldownhole casing string centering degree.
