To ensure7coal7331working face of Xu Zhuang coal mine mi ning safety, this paper from theory and experiment, field three parts to analyze7331working face goaf spontaneous combustion dangerous area, and presents the relative measures.First in this paper, on the basis of coal seam spontaneous combustion mechanism and characteristics, according to the actual circumstance of Xu Zhuang7331workin g face and particularity of fully-mechanized caving working face, summarized Xu Z huang coal characteristics and regularity of7coal goaf spontaneous combustions; Seco ndly, utilization of laboratory resources, on the mining of7coal self-ignition orientatio n level identification and determination of the spontaneous combustion period. Acquisit ion of coal sample, the use of low-temperature nitrogen adsorption method to analyze its pore structure, and the aperture size was divided. Using thermogravimetric analysis to research the regulation of7coal low temperature oxidation, analysis of coal sampl es under the condition of different water content under the oxygen quantity and heat quantity and different particle sizes of the oxidation of the rule. Through the low tem perature oxidation experiments, and draws the gas release regularity of7coal, optimiz ing CO C2H6and C2H4as a forecast of goaf coal spontaneous combustion index gases. Finally through the field of goaf buried tube, thermocouple temperature measuring pr obe and the measured the change rule of oxygen concentration and temperature of mi ned-out area, according to the results to divide "three zones" of7331working face ac cording to the actual shortest combustion time, calculate the minimum safety speed. C ombining existing Xu Zhuang coal mine fire prevention technology and equipment, put forward countermeasures for fire prevention technology, and establish a mining face o f spontaneous combustion prevention and control system, guide the scene management work.
