| Rencently, with the fully-mechanized mining caving technique being widely popularized and used, the mines have achieved high efficiency and high yield, and have brought considerable economic benefits. However, spontaneous combustion at full-mechanized mining face in goaf is relatively serious due to the technique causes moreleft coal. Goaf is large and the internal space is complicated and unclear. So comprehensive technology of prevention and control mine fire plays a very important role in the prevention of coal spontaneous combustion to ensure the safe production of coal mine. In this paper, the method of field parameter measurement, laboratory test and numerical simulation was adopted to research 7354 and 8353E\7353W full-mechanized mining face of Kong Zhuang coal mine. And a series of comprehensive fire prevention technology were put forward, which played an important role for the realization of the safety production of Kong Zhuang mine.Firstly, the influence mechanism of air leakage on the spontaneous combustion of coal were stated. Combined with the actual situation of Kong Zhuang mine working face, potential energy measurement and tracing technique was used to detect air leakage in order to provide the effective data for numerical simulation in spontaneous combustion three zone of goaf and formulating the corresponding air leakage control measures.Secondly, aiming at the coal samples taken from 7354 and 8353E\7353W full-mechanized mining face of Kong Zhuang coal mine, coal spontaneous combustion tendency was identified and index gas was selected. Through programmed temperature experiment and taking the scientific and accuracy of each index gas forecast into consideration, the prediction system of spontaneous combustion of coal seam was determined. The prediction took put CO as the preferred index gas, C2H4 as the main index gas and C2H4/C2H6, C2H6 as important auxiliary indicators.Thirdly, spontaneous combustion three zone was measured by laying the temperature sensors on 7354 and 8353E\7353W full-mechanized mining face of Kong Zhuang coal mine. Furthermore, the safe advancing speed of working face was calculated to guide production safety. Based on the actual air leakage parameter and working condition, numerical simulation was performedin spontaneous combustion three zone in 7354 full-mechanized mining face of Kong Zhuang coal mine. The distribution of goaf flow field and oxygen concentration was compared whether plugging the corner with luokexiu in the 7354 working face.Finally, the field measured data, laboratory test data and numerical simulation results were processed and analyzed. And the comprehensive fire prevention technology system were put forwardto guide production safety. The system included spontaneous combustion prediction and forecast system including thermal analysis and fire bundle tube monitoring system, goaf air leakage control technology plugging the corner with luokexiu, filling slurry fire prevention technology, nitrogen foam injection technology and gel(colloidal) fire prevention technology. |
