4,5,6,8-month-old sencond-generation hybird between Bamei mutton sheep and Han sheep and Small Tailed Han sheep wih same rearing condition for the study. Three parallel samples, were taken from three parts as biceps femoris,longissimus muscles,arm triceps from each sheep.Its conventional physcial and chemical indicators was measured and analysised,and its CLA content and fatty acid composition was measured by gas chromatography. According to the CLA content and UFA/SFA in different parts and different months of lamb,to compare the nutrition level of different parts and months of mutton. The results were shown below:Effects of parts and months on BaHan F2and Small Tail Han sheep in general nutrition facts were not significant(P>0.05).The conjugated linoleic acid content in different parts of the same month-old BaHan F2and Small Tail Han sheep in the difference was not significant(.P>0.05).The CLA in the muscle of BaHan F2and Small Tail Han sheep increased with the increase of age,to the maximum value When their age were6-month-old, then decreased,and the diference was significant (P<0.05). The month-old had a significant impact on type and content of faty acid in muscle in BaHan F2and Small Tail Han sheep,the same time,various types of fatty acids had a similar trend,were reduced after the first rise with the increase of age,got to the maximum when the6-month old. Differences of each fatty acid in different parts of the same old BaHan F2and Small Tail Han sheep were not siginificant(P>0.05),but had some difference.Meat quality was the best in6-month-old and the meat quality of biceps femoris and arm triceps were better than the meat quailty of longissimus muscles in BaHan F2. There was no difference in each fatty acids of different parts of the same month-old Small Tail Han sheep.
