The preparation of high strength and high reliability fused silicaceramics formed by dynamic gel-casting process was discussed in thispaper. Factors influenced the green preparation as well as the sintering ofthe green bodies were investigated systematically with testing means ofviscosity test、bending strength test、SEM、XRD and so on. Ultimately,it is concluded that the best parameter of solid content、pH value、ACcontent、N-MAM content、APS content、heating rate、the sinteringtemperature、the sintering time and so on. At last, the influence on thefused silica ceramics′performance by the microwave sintering and theSi3N4contention.It was shown that when the solid content was60%、pH value was4、the contention of AC was2wt%、the time of ultrasonic vibration is20min,the dispersion of slurry reached the best. When the contention ofAPS was0.2wt%,the time of curing was best. When the contention ofN-MAM was4.5wt%,the bending strength of the sample could up to15.7MPa. When the heating rate is22℃/min、the sintering temperature is1200℃and the sintering time is6h,the bending strength of the sample ofsintering could up to36.4MPa,and the density could be1.90g/cm3.Meanwhile, it could be promote the density properly by the microwavesintering.The sample could achieve the goal basically. There were so much toimprove if we want to put these into the production of industrialization offused silica ceramics.
