In the process of stamping forming, the shape and size of blanking contour hasalways been a very important part, the accuracy of the shape and size of rough has agreat influence on stretching, trimming, flanging, plastic precision, the inaccurate roughshape and size will bring a very large amount of work, and the deformation of sheetmetal at the forming process will be uneven, need to adjust and modify manuallyrepeatedly, increased costs, and will affect the development cycle of stamping dies.Currently, Autoform, Dynaform and other CAE software has been integrated with themodule function to calculate the rough shape and size, however, the accuracy is nothigh.The module function does not have the value of practical application.Although there have been many research results related aspects. But in the actualproduction process there is not a way to determine blanking contours conveniently andaccurately. Blanking contour optimization stamping technology has become an urgentproblem. In this paper, damping method and area coordinate grid mapping method areput forward to sovle the current inadequacies of the finite element trying error methodand mesh mapping method. Blanking contours calculated by finite element method oftrying error, the result will shock after several iterative optimization; grid mappingmethod can not calculate the result when projection is on the outside of the simulationmapped. The methods based on stamping CAE simulation technology put forward inthis peper can sovle these problems, and get the simulation results is very close to thepart design model, to meet the requirements of actual production.The main work carried out are as follows:1、Describing the trial and error method and finite element mesh mapping methodblanking contours theoretical principles, analyzing the existing limitations and defectsof current methods.2、Using C language to achieve the algorithm of finite element trying error methodand mesh mapping method, and geting a simulation result very close to the part designmodel.3、Taking the examples of a cylindrical member and a refrigerator compressorunder cover, applying the research results to the blanking process, making the actualshape and size in the allowable range error.The research and practical applications based on the key issues of affectingstamping parts blanking processes in this peper is conducive to shorten the production cycle to reduce costs, and have the practical value.
