| The thesis is written given the demands for ex-works tests of impactors family from Tianshui Pneumatic Machinery Co., Ltd. Analyzed here are several common testing methods used to analyze the performance parameters of the impactor and their characteristics:stress wave method, contactless photoelectric displacement differential method, electromagnetic speed sensor method, multi-contact final speed method, contact capacitance sensor method, the method of measuring reflection on piston end face, high-speed photograph measurement, indicator diagram method, helium pressure measurement method, blastic deformation method and energy method. Then, the paper concludes that the above testing methods are not applicable in real-world uses, namely, the ex-works inspection and acceptance of a product, either duo to their intricate operations and high cost or duo to the fact that they can not thoroughly indicate the movement conditions of the piston. Based on the preceding characteristics and actual demands, the thesis designs and develops a type of high air pressure testing bench for the DTH impactor, and its findings have been used in the ex-works tests of TA600Family of DTH impactors in Tianshui Pneumatic Machinery Co., Ltd.A testing method and principle for air impactor with position sensor is introduced. A similar rock device is designed. The piston displacement of test simulation device is tested with position sensor and collected with the SCM system. Corresponding function between impact energy and displacement is found, and used to test the impact energy of DTH impactor. The method is high efficiency in comparison with the traditional test methods. It can quantitative testing and automatic record, and applies to industrial test, then improve the product quality management level. |
