At present our country national economic rapid development and the various energy supplies are tight the contradiction between the more and more outstanding. Therefore, all kinds of high efficiency and energy saving of mechanical products by people gradually attained renown, electromagnetic impact system is its product, but also become increasingly modern mechanical product design direction. In view of this situation, the paper gripping energy transfer efficiency the research direction, as electromagnetic impact system as the research object, energy transfer from impact times and the efficiency of the optimization of its energy transfer from two aspects of the research on efficiency. Electromagnetic impact energy of the system transferring efficiency is to evaluate its performance is the main index, so the study of electromagnetic impact energy of the system transfer after the change rule of the impact to mechanical design provides a solid theoretical foundation.This paper firstly impact dynamics of basic theory and finite element systematically summarized, and get impact dynamics problems of general analysis and solving process, provided theoretical basis for the numerical simulation. Secondly introduces impact dynamics of nonlinear finite element method of calculating the Lagrange method, and sums up the basic equations of impact dynamics, and summarizes the basic algorithm, contact collision Will impact dynamics basic equations and finite element analysis combination, which can solve the impact energy transfer efficiency in the process of the problem. At last, the paper introduces the ANSYS/LS-DYNA software simulation calculation steps, and illustrates that use the software can be very accurate solving electromagnetic impact energy transfer efficiency system impact process of size, and expounds how to use the software to energy transfer efficiency optimization design.By using ANSYS/LS-DYNAsoftware on the piston impact flats simulation, it is concluded that the spring, after joining buffer of piston peak stress does not exceed the allowable stress value piston (180~280MPa), compared with not join the buffering devices of the piston peak stress (375MPa), improve the pistons' service life.
