| China’s environmental problems, to some extent, can not be ignored. It is not only related to the fundamental interests of the majority of people, but China’s national security and international image.Meanwhile, China is faced with a complex environmental situation. On the one hand, the economic growth and the improvement of people’s quality of life would result in more and more consumption on the resources and environment. On the other hand, the sustainable development puts forward higher requirements for the environmental protection. Therefore, some automatic, electronic measures should be taken to monitor the environmental problems so as to reduce the environmental pollution incident, and even to put an end to some major environmental pollution incidents where the pollution starts. It has become a subject worthy of study.In this paper, on the basis of the above subjects concerned, the author focuses on the application of automatic monitoring system for pollution sources and the analysis on issues concerned.This study focuses on the operation of the automatic monitoring system for pollution sources, the application of value as well as issues related to the study. The first part is about the background of the study, the significance of the research, research methods and its weaknesses. The second part is about the environmental protection and pollution control, describing the logical relationship between the environmental protection and pollution control. The third part is to introduce the automatic monitoring system and the related problems, which are the focus of the study as well. The fourth part is to explain the application of automatic monitoring system and how to perfect the system. The last part is to summarize the whole analysis and comments on the research, including suggestion on legislation and policy, recommendations on the administrative law enforcement as well as on related enterprises.In this paper, the following research methods are applied:literature and systems approach, expert interviews, questionnaire method.The main innovation of this study is to use systematic thinking approach, namely, the use of the Hall of the three-dimensional structure of the systems engineering approach, which is used to treat the process as a logical dimension, time dimension and the knowledge dimension. This paper makes systematic consideration on current automatic monitoring system for pollution sources, makes related research on related interested parties including government, system integrators, media and citizen. meanwhile, and also makes relative suggestions in three dimensions logical dimension, time dimension and the knowledge dimension (method-dimensional).At the same time, the automatic control system for the pollution source is a complex systematic engineering, which breaks down the complex issues and optimizes the solution by scientific research and analysis on a variety of parties with various interests and responsibilities as well as rights mixed together.The inadequacy of this study is the limitation of both time and energy as well as the lack of depth in the discipline, which results in insufficient systematic research, the author expects to continuously improve her work and study in the future... |
