For a long time, state and local standard of water environment in our country, integrated wastewater discharge standard, the main control index for the chemical oxygen demand (COD), the NH4+-N hasn’t been hard targets, environmental monitoring and environmental management department didn’t attach too much importance.Lead to high nitrogen content in the produced sewage in our country now. So the low C/N wastewater treatment technology is very necessary, also is of great significance. At present most of the wastewater treatment plant in our country, cannot effectively deal with the sewage of C/N<7. In this paper, in view of present situation in China, On the basis of the original technology, by increasing the SBR reaction pool, one pump is installed at the entrance of the UASB, will be part of the high COD (raw water concentration in8000-12000mg/L) into the SBR sewage pool in front of the head tank. Increase in SBR sewage pool of carbon source concentration, COD reached around3000mg/L.In this paper, a starch factory farming and animal husbandry base in Liaoning regional sewage (C/N<7) as the research object, using SBR method, determine the processing procedure of low C/N wastewater. First determine the SBR method can handle the C/N wastewater min.4. Optimum process parameters for:pH in6~9, dissolved oxygen in4-6mg/L, reflux ratio=2, increase the mixing plant, increase the packing hanging membrane, temperature at25~30℃.In dock project, by using SBR method to remove high NH4+-n in the process, found that the NH4+-N removal on the way is not only a way to nitrification-denitrification, which at the same time in the aeration period have shortcut nitrification denitrification reaction, at the same time in the anoxic period with anaerobic ammonia oxidation reaction and so on many kinds of ways.
