ZhuJiDong mine set a level depth of800~1000m, is the typical domestic in morethan40of km deep well, The mining environmental features for this mine can besummarized as "high five and two disturbances", which are high occurrence of stressconditions, high temperature for working environment, high gas, high impacttendency, high order water pressure. The instability for-885track roadway becomesmore and more severe under condition of strong mining engineering and engineeringdisturbance of nearby roadways. Currently the researches both at home and abroad areabout the scope and size of the mining influence, but lack of knowledge about thepropagation of the face support pressure and dynamic pressure roadway control, thereis no reasonable control technology. Therefore, the integrated use of on-site researchpapers, FLAC3D numerical simulation and field test a combination of methods,-885track roadway affected by mining rock stress North dish area and roadway a studycontrol technology achieved the following findings:(1)The use of numerical simulation software FLAC3D study the interaction ofstress during tunnel excavation, mining face north panel during the mining stressimpact on roadway under different stress pillar, drawn-891tape machine in roadwayLane’s other two big rock loose circle, when more than110m above pillar line, aheadof the bearing stress face superimposed on the roadway less impact stress can reducethe mutual influence between the roadway, reduce roadway large deformation group.(2)For the eastern main roadway to explore of the damage and deformation ofsurrounding rock roadway conditions, the pressure was the main factor dispatchedroadway deformation instability, and to propose three dynamic pressure roadwaycontrol technology, namely rational optimization of the stress field control,prestressed anchor beam reinforcement technology and drilling relief joint initiative tosupport technology for different segments of the roadway to take reasonable repairand reinforcement program.(3)The application of research results to develop the mine in-885track roadway,expand the industrial test, according to the site roadway surrounding rock conditionson the extent of the damage and repair the roadway reinforcement, and through avariety of means to monitor the mine pressure observation of the effect ofmaintenance. Live rock pressure observation shows that only when the stopping line should be located180m from-885track roadway, and after repair roadwayreinforcement, roadway deformation of the roof and floor of449mm, both sides thedeformation130mm, effective control of roadway large deformation.-885track roadway related to transportation and production of the entire mine,so in order to fundamentally solve the large deformation of roadway, relief measuresneed to be taken in order to requirements.
