Control of surrounding rock of roadway is under a lot of difficulties, and thisproblem has been failed to be effectively solved. In this paper, on the basis ofprevious studies, combined with the engineering geological conditions of give up coalmine,and the author method of numerical calculation and field investigation, to meetleave for roadway coal pillar stoping face the systematical research on this subject,and the results of study are applied to the1111face return air lane support practice,and obtain good effect. The main research contents are as follows:(1)The writer uses numerical calculation to study the two sides of roadwayvertical stress distribution, plastic zone distribution and deformation of roadwaysurrounding rock characteristics during the influence of mining with different widthcoal pillar(s3~40m). It is concluded that the most reasonable roadway protection coalpillar width is22m(2)In combination with the results of numerical calculation and fieldinvestigation, it is concluded that surprisingly similar engineering geologicalconditions of roadway in coal mine for the deformation and destruction:①section onthe working face strong dynamic pressure effect,②the overall low of roadwaysurrounding rock strength,③support system and surrounding rock is not harmonious,④no supporting plate bottom drum drive bearing structure buckling deformation,⑤help intense drum drive the sloping roof coal pillar. Based on this proposed the returnair roadway surrounding rock control technology of1111face:①super boltpretightening imparove physical and mechanical properties of surrounding rock,②high strong elongation control the large deformation of the surrounding rock anchor,③high strength to protect the table compaonent reinforcement roadway protectionability,④high density points of anchor control floor heave of large dip Angle,⑤coalpillar and roof reinforcement to ikparove key parts bearing capacity.(3)Through numerical calculation, welcomed to give mine1111face return airroadway mining face roadway driving along goaf roadway section and reasonable boltand anchor cable supporting parameters of the optimization design, and industrial testwas carried out. During the lateral stress adjustment, roof and floor closer to amountto1217mm, two nearer the quantity is675mm; Lateral stress in the stable phase,roof and floor nearer the quantity to769mm, two sides closer to405mm. Field test showed that:the coal pillar width of the reasonable, reliable controltechnology of surrounding rock, to effectively control the deformation of surroundingrock.
