| Shanxi Yuxi coal mine 3# coal seam 1301 working face adopts large mining height one-time full height comprehensive mechanized mining.Therefore,this thesis uses theoretical analysis,laboratory research,simulation,numerical calculation and other methods to analyze the mining situation of coal and rock strata in 1301 working face of Yuxi coal mine 3# seam,and obtains the physical and mechanical characteristics of roadway surrounding rock through the experiment.Through orthogonal simulation,it analyzes the influencing factors of deep coal and rock roadway deformation with large mining height,obtains the reasonable stoping line position,and designs the roadway reinforcement scheme through simulation calculation and analysis,Combined with the study of the protective effect of hydraulic fracturing top cutting and pressure relief on the main roadway.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The orthogonal experiment method is adopted,and the factors such as buried depth,the relationship between the roadway and the coal seam floor,the stope line position of the working face.It is found that the roadway layer layout and the length design of the working face in working face 1301 meet the requirements,so the determination of the stope line position is particularly important to ensure the stability of the roadway.(2)Through theoretical analysis and calculation,the influence range of the advance bearing pressure is 214.42 m.The stress and deformation characteristics of the three development roadways during the advance of the roadway are studied;At the same time,the minimum distance between the stope line and the main roadway is determined to be 120 m.(3)Studied the stress and deformation characteristics of surrounding rock of the development roadway under different support and reinforcement schemes,optimized the anchor bolt support parameters,and gave a reasonable reinforcement scheme of bolt mesh cable shotcrete combined support for surrounding rock of the panel development roadway.(4)The hydraulic top cutting and pressure relief scheme for directional long boreholes is designed,and the key parameters such as the horizon of directional boreholes,the timing of staged fracturing,and the pumping pressure are determined. |
