Mine is an underground mine water resources. After the realization of the mine waterresources, environmental resources can greatly reduce the damage due to the overexploitationof groundwater resources in the mine, and it has good environmental benefits. Meanwhilemine water can be treated to meet the different levels of production and living water. Itseconomic and social benefits are obvious.Straw is an agricultural waste. It is rich in natural polymers such as cellulose and lignin,which is the source of a very wide range, and it is a renewable resource. We will make theappropriate treatment of straw and it was modified, it can serve as a water treatment agent.Then it is used in sewage treatment, it is undoubtedly important practical significance andeconomic value.In this paper, Yulin City of mine water as an example, mine water sampling andanalysis of physical and chemical properties. Agricultural waste straw as raw material, we addthe right amount of magnetic species as an additive to produce three kinds of magneticflocculants. And synthesis of these three magnetic flocculants for a more systematic andcomprehensive research and focus on these three flocculants performance comparison andresearch results in the actual mine water treatment.(1) Straw-Aluminum Ferric composite magnetic flocculants. It’s the best synthesisreaction time is4h, synthetic its optimum temperature is55℃, it’s the best synthetic M/Sranges from1to1.5:1, than it is best to add magnetic seed stalks and magnetic species20:1.The optimum pH range for use flocculants5-9. It is most suitable temperature is15℃~30℃, and Its flocculation up to92.3%. It was found that settling into a permanent magnet isthe most appropriate time3min, It’s the best dosage of0.2mg/L.(2) Straw magnetic cationic flocculants. It’s the best synthesis reaction time is6h,synthetic its optimum temperature is80℃, it’s the best synthetic M/S is1:1, than it is best toadd magnetic seed stalks and magnetic species20:1. The optimum pH range for use flocculants8-10. It is most suitable temperature is20℃~30℃, and Its flocculation up to89%. It was found that settling into a permanent magnet is the most appropriate time3min,It’s the best dosage of0.3mg/L.(3) Straw-Acrylamide cationic modified composite magnetic flocculants. It’s the bestsynthesis reaction time is4h, synthetic its optimum temperature is70℃, it’s the bestsynthetic M/S is3:1, than it is best to add magnetic seed stalks and magnetic species40:3.The optimum pH range for use flocculants6-8. It is most suitable temperature is25℃, andIts flocculation up to86%. It was found that settling into a permanent magnet is the mostappropriate time3min, It’s the best dosage of0.3mg/L.(4) We compare the production of straw coagulant and commercialization flocculants.Those aspects were studied to cloud speed, its floc’s density, overall flocculation and cost, etc.The results showed that the production of flocculants floc formed large, its dense floc, itsedimentation rate. In the three kinds of flocculants, Straw-Aluminum Ferric compositemagnetic flocculants is best, and it is very cheap.
