China oil group company hasput China oil geographic information system (A4system) platform construction as animportant project in the "eleven five" information technology master plan, so the geographicinformation system is gradually deep into the oil resources in the industry,3DGIS andWebGIS has been applied to the Oilfield Surface Engineering GIS for its the true effect ofvisualization, strong interactive ability, and the data platform sharing mechanism.Due to the lack of basic geographic information in oil field operation area, The well site,the site, All pipelines has not established an accurate coordinate system; A variety ofthematic data about gatheringã€processing is stored in the Wordã€Excelã€CAD file format,can not be unified managed and maintianed, has low degree of sharing; Unified surfaceengineering information database system is not established, there is no unified platform foremergency management, has low level of information technology. Aiming at the oilfieldsurface engineering problems, the use of WebGIS can make the visualizational unifiedmaintenance and analysis application more convenient and effective of basic geographicinformation data of oil field and special information data, also provides new ideas andmethods of solution for the oilfield surface engineering planning, gathering network lineoptimization design and production operation.The paper is based on the profound analysis and summary about the spatial informationmanagement status in oil field operation area and the application of WebGIS technology inthe construction of Oilfield Surface Engineering Information System. Combined with thepractice study, has studied the method of collecting multi-source spatial information dataabout oil field operation area, has established two-dimensional(2D), three-dimensional(3D)space database, and based on the data, select the advanced ArcGIS Server platform,combined with Microsoft Visual Studio2010integrated development environment(IDE) as asoftware supporting platform, Using Asp.net technology for the development and realizationof oilfield ground engineeringGIS based on WebGIS. The paper realized the establishment of an oilfield ground engineering spatial databasesystems, including centralized storage and management of basic geographic data, oilfieldsurface engineering thematic data, related attribute data, and flow diagram of the station etc.Achieve2D,3D map publishing platform,which provide2D,3D visualization managementplatform for ground engineering management. Also provide intuitive, efficient, convenientand comprehensive management tools for the works about ground engineering management,archiving pipeline operation, the station management, and planning&designment throughsome professional support system, which also for provide good information-supportedenvironment for the oil extraction plant. |
