Gold materials were widely applied in electronic, optical, sensing, catalysis, biomedical and many other fields because of its unique optical, catalytic properties andgood biocompatibility and conductivity. In this paper, gold nanometer thin film has beenfabricated on the surface of in indium tin oxide (ITO) conductive glass through theconstant current method and the influence of annealing process was studied. The porousaluminum oxide (AAO) template was prepared in phosphate electrolyte using two-stepanodization method, its preparing process was optimized to a certain extent. Thecharacterization of material was accomplished by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanningelectron microscope (SEM) and laboratory self-assembly testing system of absorptionspectrum. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:1. Gold nanometer thin film consisting of the spherical monodisperse goldnanoparticles about45nm was synthesized through the constant current method on thesurface of ITO glass. In the process of electrodeposition, the gold microstructures wereabundant in the (111) planes and that these planes tended to be preferentially orientedparallel to the ITO coating. The plasma resonance absorption peak of gold nano film onthe surface of ITO glass was found at about583nm.2. The surface morphology and the resistivity of the ITO glass were changed throughannealing in the air at3500C for different times. Connected gold nanoparticles wereprepared on the surface of ITO annealed due to the aggregation. With the increase ofannealing time, both the aggregation and density of gold nanoparticles grews, thecorresponding plasmon resonance absorption peaks were gradually red-shifted.3. The sky-blue porous aluminum oxide (AAO) template was obtained with0.05wt%of dilute phosphoric acid under200v voltage through two-step anodization method. Analuminum wire was used anode with a cathode of ruthenium titanium net. The surfaceof aluminum wire had a stip structure defects after one-step anodization of0.5h, whichthe size and depth of the hole were uniform. With the increase of one-step anodizationtime, the density of the hole increase and the strip structural defects disappear. Uniformpore distribution AAO template can be obtained when the secondary oxidation time wasmore than30min. The best polishing conditions of aluminum with45wt%of phosphoricacid as polishing solution were found, that were reaction temperature of800C withpolishing current of4A and magnetic stirring speed gear of4. Chemical reduction method was more suitable than the inverse electrical dissection method for thepreparation of ultrathin AAO template. The AAO template could be tightly adhered tothe ITO glass through the modifying of the surfaceof ITO glass using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA).
