Conductive polyimide and polyphenylene sulfide composite materials exhibit good corrosion resistance,flexibility,and the wide temperature stability interval.So these materials are attracting more and more attention in new modified electrode study.In this master thesis,Mo powder doped reduced graphene oxide/polyimide conductive film?RGO/PI/Mo?and carbon nanotube,reduced graphene oxide collaborative doped polyphenylene sulfide?RGO-CNT/RGO/PPS?have been employed as the substrate electrodes,and then the MoTe2 and Cu2O were modified on electrodes by electrodeposition methods.The composition,morphology and structure of the modified electrodes were studied by X-ray diffraction?XRD?,scanning electron microscope?SEM?,transmission electron microscopy?TEM?.The electrocatalytic activities of modified electrodes were analyzed by cyclic voltammeter?CV?,linear sweep voltammetry?LSV?and open circuit potentialtime?OCPt?and so on.The main contents include:1.Electrodeposition of MoTe2 nanodendrites on the RGO/PI/Mo film and theinvestigation of its photoelectrocatalytic hydrogen evolution in neutral solution.In 5 mM Na2MoO4+1.5 mM TeO2?H+?+0.2 M PBS?pH=6?solution at-0.7 V?vs.SCE?deposition potential,semi-conductive MoTe2 nanodendrites are deposited on RGO/PI/Mo composite substrate by i-t electrochemical deposition method,thus the MoTe2-RGO/PI/Mo modified electrode have been prepared.The photoelectrocatalytic activities of MoTe2-RGO/PI/Mo in neutral solution has been studied.Under illumination condition,it exhibits a greater current density at more positive potential.MoTe2 nanodendrites have excellent photo-responsive property,and the potential difference could reach 100 mV.Raman spectroscopy reveals that prepared MoTe2belongs to 1T'crystalline phase.Compared to other non-noble-metal catalysts,MoTe2-RGO/PI/Mo modified electrode has a greater performance for HER in neutral solution.2.Preparation of Cu2O-RGO-CNT/RGO/PPS modified electrode and the electrocatalytichydrogen evolution study.Through complex heat treatment,double modified graphene and electrochemical reduction methods,the base electrode material RGO-CNT/RGO/PPS has been prepared.In 0.15 M Na2SO4+50 mM CuSO4 solution at-0.3 V?vs.SCE?potential,Truncated octahedral and cuboctahedral Cu2O nanocrystals are synthesized on RGO-CNT/RGO/PPS composite substrate by i-t electrochemical deposition method.The experiment found that the second modified RGO on RGO-CNT/RGO/PPS film can facilitate the formation of Cu2O morphology.The Cu2O-RGO-CNT/RGO/PPS composite film shows a superior ability for the hydrogen evolution reaction?HER?compared with other Cu2O electrocatalysts.With a smaller loading less than 0.04mg cm-2 on the composite film,its onset potential is merely 0.05 V?vs.RHE?.
