During CNC machining process, in order to test the correctness of the Gcode,previous test cutting process is replaced by the use of CNC machining simulation, whichimproves the use efficiency of CNC machine tools and also increases security. Theprevious NC machining simulation research has focused on graphical operationalsimulation, only for a specific form of CNC machine tools. The purpose of this paper isto propose an independent graphics kernel CNC machining simulation framework, toachieve any form of multi-axis series of CNC machine tool motion simulation andapplication.Firstly, CNC machine virtual tools is described as the most basic coordinate systemand entities, coordinate system and entities to the component, then series into motioncertain relationship chain. Followed by a detailed description of the kinematic chainmovement to achieve the kinematic chain machine tool components in series componentcontains a component coordinate system and entities, entity relative to the componentssitting shows the system is fixed, so the componentsthe movement on the coordinatesystem conversion became the components steric shape. Due to the machine components steric shape computing and graphics kernel has nothing to do, the graphics kernel only as theultimate display of tools, you can emulator ported to other graphics kernel.Finally, through the experiment, the simulation program can build any multi-axisCNC machine tools and motion simulation, illustrates the versatility of the simulationframework, and CNC machining.
