| In order to solve the problem of equipment corrosion in the water from washery, this articleadopted the ion chromatography to water, circulating water and mine water (water filling withproduction system) from washery in Henan Yongcheng coal mining area for water qualityanalysis. With the method of weight loss and electrochemical steady-state polarization curve,corrosion behavior of equipment in three kind of water was studied by comparison. Corrosionproducts were analyzed by XRD. The influence of the ion (F-, C l-, NO-3, SO42-), pH value underalkaline conditions, water hardness and two-phase medium of coal and water on the corrosion ofequipment was studied by electrochemical polarization curves. According to the corrosioncharacteristics of equipment in water from washery, the inhibitor protection method, coagulationand sedimentation method and electrochemical protection method were used for corrosionprotection of equipment from washery.The results showed that, the molybdate compound inhibitor and gluconate combinedinhibitor could protect the significant effect on equipment. Among them, the inhibition effect of40mg/L four hydrated ammonium molybdate+40mg/L D-ammonium sodium gluconate+4mg/L zinc acetate+20mg/L borax was best, with its inhibition rate to92.24%. The inhibitionrate of20mg/L D-ammonium sodium gluconate+40mg/L EDTA sodium reached to85.89%,for more notable inhibition effect. Coagulation sedimentation had an effect on the removal ofcorrosive acid radical ion. When the concentration or quality milk of lime, PAC, PAM andactivated carbon were respectively1%(wt%),3%(wt%),0.5%(wt%)and7g, the removal rate ofSO42-and Cl-were84.30%and65.69%. There is a good protective effect of impressed currentcathodic protection of electrochemical protection method on equipment, with the protectiondegree of70%to90%. |
