Friction mine hoist as the throat of the mine, which depends the friction forcebetween friction lining and wire rope to lift coal, and the special friction pair offriction lining and wire rope is the key to guaranteeing its safty and reliableoperation. This dissertation was financially supported by Natural Science Foundationof China(51105361)-"The Damage Mutation Behavior of High Spiral Friction HeatBased on Entransy and Movable Cellular Automata", and the friction contactbehavior of lining based on entransy and MCA was studied. Ainming at master theintrinsic tribological mechanism and laws during sliding between wire rope andfriction lining under a special condition. The research results will provide basic dataand theoretical support for developing new linings, which will be benefical toguarantee the safe and reliable operation of friction hoist.Firstly, combining the complex special space of wire rope, the non-completehelical structure was analyzed. Then the dynamic thermophysical properties wasobtained by flash thermal analyzer. According to the dynamic thermophysicalproperties mechanism of lining, the dynamic distribution coefficient of heat-flowwas analyzed theoretically. Moreover, the variables of working conditions wascarried out on the high friction system, as a result, the change law of temperaturefield of lining was precisely obtained. Furthermore, based on the heat transporttheory, the transient temperature field mathematical model of lining was established,and the finite difference method was applied to sovle this problem at arbitrarycross-section Zi. Besides, the contact model between lining and wire rope weresimulated by FEM, and the change law of displacement and stress fields werestudied. Based on Hertz contact theory, the contact model of simulation was provedaccurately by contact theory.Secondly, based on the entransy theory, the entransy transfer equation offriction lining was established and the change law with temperature was analyzed.Then, combined the change law of lining·s surface, the temperature field of liningwas fitting and the dissipation and transfer efficiency were obtained with partialworking conditions. Subsequently, the change law of entransy with time wasestablished combined with fitting and entransy transfer of lining.Finially. The variation of mechanical properties of lining·scomposite moduluswas obtained by thermal mechanical analyzer. Through combined with the thermal expansion instrument, the variation of coefficient of linear expansion of lining wasmeasured. Moreover, based on the method of MCA, the sliding boundary conditionswas confirmed and the contact between lining and strand were numerial simulatedwith variations working condition. Subsequently, the change law of lining· surfacecrackle was studied, and the sliding contact tribological properties of lining wasanalyzed.
