Reasonable processing of living garbage being payed high attention to by all countries inthe world is also being actively replied as a great problem. The development of living garbageprocessing equipments is a focus problem. This dissertation’s research object is a livinggarbage sorting machine, which is one of the pivotal machine of a set of living garbagedisposal system, the whole machine’s working performance and production efficiency dependson its core part’s performance. Therefore, force analyzing of roller teeth,checking of thechassis’s stress and rigidity and researching on dynamic characteristics of the whole machineand crushing roller are of great significance to the performance improvement of garbagesorting machine and the garbage disposal system.A set of living garbage disposal system and its working process are briefly described,and the garbage sorting machine is mainly researched in this dissertation.Through thetheoretical calculation and analysis, the crushing roller’s structure has been designed, somemain parameters of the distribution of roller, such as the pitch, helical diameter, helical angle,helical number and roller teeth’s installation angle have been determined, and a measure,transfer mount has been put forward. Based on the second broken theory, the force on the rollerteeth has been calculated, and the roller teeth’s material strength has been checked in normalworking and fault conditions through using ANSYS to analyze statics of roll teeth. Meanwhile,the strength and rigidity of sorting machine’s chassis have also been checked. The wholemachine and crushing roller’s model have been researched, and their natural frequencies andmodal shapes have been got. After analyzing the modal shapes, we found their naturalvibration frequency are obviously higher than source frequency, which means resonancephenomenon will not occur.Through the analysis and research, the reference in theory and engineering applicationvalue to improve work performance and avoid resonance of the machine are provided.
