Bisphenol A is one kind of typical environmental hormones. It is an importantorganic chemical raw materials.It can also be used in the production of chemicalproducts such as antioxidants, plasticizers, pesticides and paint.Experiments show thatbisphenol A can affect people’s health. This research use the high performance liquidchromatography as the detection means to detect bisphenol A exists in the paper cupsand bottled instant noodles boxes. We also explore the migration of biphenol A inpaper cups. Bifenthrin is one kind of pesticide that widely used for orchards andresidential. It has estrogenic activity. Experiments show that bifenthrin which residueson crops can still cause livestock poisoning.This article also use ultra performanceconvergence chromatography to build a new method to detect the bifenthrin in thetea.This article consists of four parts, namely:1.Overview introduces the concept,features, pathways and mechanisms of toxiceffects of environmental hormones, and the research significance and overview ofbiphenol A and bifenthrin.As well as the principles,classification and relatedapplications of chromatography. Especially for introducing the ultra performanceconvergence chromatography.Introducing the principle and processes of solid phaseextraction techniques.2.Bisphenol A exists in the paper cups and bottled instant noodles boxes, thisresearch build a method of high performance liquid chromatography for it. Thesamples are cutted into pieces, supersonic extraction, filter and solid phase extraction.Use methanol and ammonium acetate as mobile phase. The samples are analyzed byhigh performance liquid chromatography and fluorescence detection. Result: Thedetection limit of bisphenol A is9.2μg/kg,its linearity range is0.046~46mg/kg, Itsrecoveries range from89.37%to95.9%with the relative standard deviation of3.73%.3. According to the national standard and European Communities instructionsabout food stimulants, This article explored the migration of biphenol A in the papercups, not only think about the migration of biphenol A from the paper cups to food butalso think about the migration of biphenol A from the paper cups to people. Thesamples were soaked in food stimulants. Compared in different conditions such as soaking time, soaking temperature and different food simulants. Experimental resultsshow that bisphenol A will migrate out from the paper cup in distilled water, acidaqueous food simulants, the different volume fraction of the ethanol solution andsweat simulants, and it has a certain pattern.4. Use the ultra performance convergence chromatography to build a newmethod to detect the bifenthrin in the tea. The samples are cutted into pieces,extracted and solid phase extraction. The detection limits is20μg/kg,its linearity rangeis0.321875~10.3mg/kg,Its recoveries range from87.8%to99.7%, the relativestandard deviation(RSD) range from1.4%to5.4%. |
