The Research Of PVC Paste Resin Produce Control Based On PKS System

The mixture of PVC paste resin and compound can be made into variety ofproducts with good performance and wide application. The production of PVC pasteresin with abundant raw material,which has a superior cost. In recent years, a lot ofPVC paste resin projects have been launched. But many manufactures of the overallinvestment costs and low productivity because the production process is not goodenough and the control means is not advanced. According to the research of the PVCpaste resin production process, established the corresponding control model, designedthe control scheme to meet the requirements, build a technology leader in the PVC pasteresin production control systems. In the research, the main work is as follows:First,based on the study of the PVC paste resin production process and productionsubsystem which using seed emulsion polymerization method, explicitly put forwardthe overall performance requirements for the control system design;And then studied the batch control standards and basic control model. The processmodel,physical model and process control model of PVC paste resin production processwere established which based on batch contrl standards;Next solved the control problem for the phase, synchronization phase and recipe inthe batch roduction process，designed the control scheme of material consistency andfeed pump automatically changover. Worked out the cascade PID control stratege ofpolymerization reactor temperature, and optimized the PID parameter with PSO-PIDalgorithm.Finally,studied the configuration of card,loop,database,phase,unit process and userflow chart, which based on the control system structure of PVC paste resin production.And with the aid of tests verify the performance of the controlsystem.
