| Along with the rapid development of economy, society and technology,"urbanill" was becoming more and more serious. In the city, the contradiction between manand nature was the most prominent. People began to explore the best mode of futurecity development. In this case, ecological city was proposed and received worldwideattention and recognition, which was considered as the mainstream direction of thefuture urban development. At present, the ecological city theory is still not perfected,and the definition of ecological city is not unified. While ecological cities wereactively developped around the world, there was no real ecological city in the world.Therefore, it is great significant to establish evaluation index system of ecological cityconstruction based on the scientific connotation of ecological city and to evaluate theecological urban construction work using the scientific evaluation method forregulating, guiding and promoting the ecological city constructionAs ecological city is compound ecological system and has the complexity andopenness, a lot of unascertained information is involved in the evaluation ofecological city construction. Therefore, in this paper, the theory of unascertainedmeasure was introduced into the evaluation of ecological city construction.Andcomprehensive evaluation model of the ecological city construction based on theunascertained measure theory was builded and applied to evaluate Tianjin eco-cityconstruction. The main contents and research results of the paper are described asfollows:First of all, the methods for constructing the index system were referred indomestic and international index system. According to the definition of ecological cityand the construction goal, the evaluation index system of ecological city constructionwas established with characteristics of Tianjin.Secondly, the advantages and disadvantages of the existing evaluation methodsfor ecological city were analyzed, and the unascertained measure theory wasintroduced in the evaluation of ecological city construction. With the establishedevaluation index system of ecological city construction as the foundation, thecomprehensive evaluation model of ecological city construction based on theunascertained measure theory was established. In the process of building the model, the index weight was determined by the information entropy, which makes the valuesof the weight more scientific and reasonable. When evaluating the ecological cityconstruction by unascertained measure theory, we directly opertated the computationto the measured data, avoiding the impact to the evaluation resulting from thestandardization of measured data and the artificial division to the upper and lowerlimits of evaluation level.Finally, the comprehensive evaluation model of ecological city constructionbased on the unascertained measure theory was applied in the evaluation of Tianjincity. Calculation results stated that the eco-city construction in Tianjin maintained agood momentum of development from2005to2011and that until2011it had been upto the national basic requirement of eco-city construction. Compared with otherevaluation method, the presented model has the advantages of simple calculation,reliable results, full use of information and reduction of subjective judgment, whichcould lead to comprehensive and objective evaluation results. The calculation processverified that the model is applicative and operable for the eco-city constructionevaluation. |
