Based on mixed system concept,considering more simple the per-flocculant technology.Advance mixed Fillers and wet end to use the additives according to a certain manner.Added pulp,Itis envisaged today pre-flocculation technology.Compared to pretreatment Flocculant all ingredientsmore thorough.Relative to the flash mix process,it has more mixing time and a sufficient extent offillers and additives, and can control the entire flocculation system environment to improve theeffect of the paper.Firstly, to explore the feasibility of pre-flocculation process, according the actual productionprocess of retention and drainage system, have the optimum amount of pre-flocculation process andadding sequence by orthogonal experiment. Compared to paper production performance with theactual production process, analysis the feasibility of pre-flocculation process. In a feasible’s case,explore the mechanism of the pre-flocculation process by the auxiliaries of the amount and typeCause change of the zeta potential of the slurry system、Flocculation size、distribution of thepaper.SEM from into paper found most of flocculation Retention interleaving between fibers,butthe paper filler retention in the surface of the fibers based on the actual production process.Use Theconcept of electrostatic field to explain phenomena of the breaking length did not significantlyreduce under the retention improved,the flocculation have a greater difference in the retentionposition by electrostatic attraction of fibers and flocculation.After the preliminary understanding ofthe pre-flocculation process,Research the pre-flocculation processes influencing factors and findthat CS、CPAM、filler and CP3have a rise and then a downward trend by determination of treatmenttime and retention.Broad applicability of pre-flocculation processes need research under actual production.Compare the performance of paper under the actual production process from dual retention systemand particulate retention system in two mills,find that a mill pre-flocculation process filler retentionincreased by13.0%, while the paper tensile index improve by2.7%, another mill pre-flocculationprocess filler retention increased by14.4%, while the paper tensileindex increased by17.9%.PVAm is a paper reinforcer, can increase paper stensile index and filler and fines retention.different paper reinforcer reach different practical effect.The various mills widely use differentpaper enhancer to improve the mill’s production efficiency,can be regarded as a filler pretreatmenttechniques.As can be seen the pre-flocculation has certain feasibility and applicability by research.Themechanism can be explained by an electrostatic field theory,with the research of Influencing factorscan control the degree of pre-flocculation and effect, and adapt to different environments.
