Electrostatic copy paper is widely used in copier,tylus printers,laser printers,inkjet printers,etc;especially in needle type printer and laser printers were use more widely.Electrostatic copy paper annual demand of more than 1 million 500 thousand tons every year in China and high-grade electrostatic copy paper annual demand of more than 300 thousand tons.Due to overcapacity in recent years,the increasingly fierce competition,customer demand for quality of production become more stringent.In order to improve the competitiveness of products,develop high-end electrostatic copy paper products,and optimize the production process,reduce operating costs,improve the competitiveness of products is imperative.In this paper,in order to improve the product quality of through the research on electrostatic copy paper loose thickness,stiffness,delicate surface degree of index,and optimize the varieties of raw materials,adjust electrostatic copy paper ratio of raw materials,optimization beating process,adjust the paper machine operating parameters and reasonable process spare parts selection etc.,to improve the quality of xerographic paper products,in order to achieve or exceed the requirements of high-grade electrostatic copy paper,meet the needs of the application.The results of this paper are as follows:(1)Different kinds of the fiber materials were analysis by FQA.The fiber length of the selected raw materials in the soft wood was 2.3-3.0mm,and the best of the fiber length for paper-making is 2.2mm.The best roughness of the fiber is 13.62mg/100 m.Fine fiber content about 3.6% is the best.The fiber length of the selected raw materials in the hard wood was 0.6-0.8mm,and the best of the fiber length for paper-making is 0.68 mm.The best roughness of the fiber is 5.7mg/100 m.Fine fiber content about 4.87% is the best.(2)Smoothness,bulk and tensile strength of the electrostatic copy paper were tested by hand-sheet method.The best results were soft wood pulp paper bulk is 1.29cm3/g,tensile strength and smooth degree are 4.5KN/m and 24s;hard pulp of the bulk is 1.32cm3/g,tensile strength and smoothness are 22 s and 4.2KN/m;mechanical pulp of the bulk is 1.32cm3/g,tensile strength and smoothness are 4.4KN/m and 23 S.(3)Bulk,ensile strength and the pulping energy consumption as the comparative basis were studied in this paper.The best results were :The soft wood grinding models: tooth width 4.0mm,spacewidth 5.0mm;hardwood types as: tooth width 1.4mm,cogging 2.0mm width;beating concentration of softwood 4.5%,and hard wood 5.5%,mechanical pulp 3.8%;beating pressure for softwood 180-200 KPa,hardwoods 200-250 KPa.Comprehensive beating than energy consumption considerations,the hard wood best beating than energy consumption 80-100Kwh/t;and the soft wood is 300*350kwh/t.(4)the best dehydration process are :vacfoilbox1 for 0.5-0.3-kpa;vacfoilbox2 for 0.5-0.3-kpa;top 1 room 2-3(-kpa);top 2 rooms for 7-8-kpa.As the top 20-23(-kpa three compartment).Through the discussion of the boot plate angle and the loading pressure found in sheet forming uniform degree of influence,gasket height 6mm,vacuum degree 2.5-3.5-KPa into paper the uniform degree of good,and loading platform controlled in the range of 8-15 KPa,paper uniformity and delicate degree is good.
