Natural fiber reinforced composites is a wonderful work of reinforced plastic field, it has low density, low price, good mechanical performance, sound insulation effect is good, recycling advantages, is now widely used in the construction industry, automotive industry and other fields.This thesis selects the banana technology fiber as a reinforcing material, unsaturated polyester resin as the matrix, the hot pressing process for preparing the composite.Banana fiber technology used mainly short fiber.First of all, on the banana fiber technology and unsaturated polyester resin related performance testing, test results show that the longitudinal and cross section characteristics of banana fiber and flax fiber closer; banana fiber has the typical characteristics of the internal structure of cellulose; thermal decomposition temperature of250℃; unsaturated polyester resin with good infiltration, wetting angle of53degrees.Secondly, based on the tensile properties, flexural properties, interface characteristics analysis, discussed from the microscopic view of short fiber content, length and different surface modification treatment on the mechanical properties of the composite effects, the results show that the length of5mm, the content of10%, through the KH-550surface modification treatment of banana fiber reinforced the mechanical behavior of composite materials is best.Once again, the molding pressure, temperature and time of the optimum parameters were tested and analyzed, the optimum process conditions for forming pressure of13MPa, forming a temperature of150℃, forming time of8min.Finally, hybrid fiber reinforced plastics can learn from each other, extending the use of composite materials, resulting in better product benefit.Utilization of banana fiber technology and different content of polypropylene fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, and discussed the polypropylene fiber and the proportion of banana fiber and effects on mechanical properties of composite.Results show that the polypropylene fiber with banana fiber proportion is30:70, the hybrid fiber reinforced composite material toughness improvement effect is best. |
