| This paper consists of four chapters.The first chapter outlines the definition of cosmetics, restriction of ingredients infunctional and cosmetology cosmetics harmful to human health, present situation analyticalmethods, significance and future prospects.The second chapter is that a method for the extraction, purification, enrichment anddetermination of the rhodamine B in glitter powder was established. The sample wasextracted by heating, adsorbed rhodamine B by polyamide, resolved by lye, evaporated,diluted to volume and determined by high performance liquid chromatography-UV detector.Measurement conditions were optimized, the results are accurate and reliable.The third chapter is that a method for the determination of rhodamine B in cosmeticsproducts by high performance liquid chromatography was established. The extraction,purification, and measurement conditions of prohibited substances rhodamine B in cosmeticsproducts were studied in detail, rhodamine B had good linear relationship within the peak areaand mass concentration in the linear range and this method had high recovery, goodreproducibility.The fourth chapter is that a method for the determination of prohibited substances phenoland benzoyl peroxide in whitening and anti-acne cosmetics was established. They showed agood linear relationship within the peak area and mass concentration in the linear range ofphenol and peroxide benzoyl. The method is simple and fast, for the detection of phenol andbenzoyl peroxide in cosmetics. |
