Here, the author believes that our country must" revising Mine Safety Law", thelaw established in1993, after nearly twenty years of our country mining industrydevelopment, at present, there have been many places not adapted to the current miningindustry development needs; in the perfection of laws at the same time, we should increasethe law enforcement supervision departments of supervision, the" Mine Safety Law"provisions can be truly implemented; to strengthen the business and the miners ’ legalawareness, make enterprise consciousness strengthen and improve production safety measures,to miner’s occupation safety and relevant legal training raises legal height, so that the miners’own quality could be improved, strengthen their self protection and rights awareness.
