| Because of unique chemical and physical properties, the scattered metals has been successfully applied in the semiconductor optical fiber energy materials, but in hydrotreating catalyst applications are rarely reported. With the introduction of increasingly stringent environmental regulations, use the new hydrotreating catalysts,to produce cleaner gasoline and diesel oil became a meaningful research topic.In the thesis, the composite carrier of SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 was prepared by coprecipitation method. The precursor supported molybdenum germanium and molybdenum rhenium oxidation state were prepared by fractional impregnation . The MoGe(Re)/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 catalyst was prepared in a fixed bed reactor by in situ reduction from their oxide precursors. The hydrofining activities of the catalysts were tested on a model compound of thiophene, tetralin and quinoline.Research the best reaction conditions find that MoGe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 catalysts hydrofining conditions were that: reaction temperature was 380℃,reaction pressure was 3.0Mp, LHSV was 4h-1, V(H)/V(O) was 700.MoRe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 catalysts were that: reaction temperature was 350℃,reaction pressure was 3.0Mp, LHSV was 4h-1, V(H)/V(O) was 600. Explore the molar ratio of Ge(Re)and Mo find that nGe:nMo=3:7 concversion rate of thiophene was 96.7%, tetralin was 21.8% and quinoline was 92.4%. nRe:nMo=1:9 concversion rate of thiophene was 95.2%, tetralin was 16.8% and quinoline was 97.7%.The carrier and precursor of catalyst physical characters were determined through XRD and N2 adsorption. The results showed that TiO2 was anatase,with sharp peak and large surface area. The characteristic peak of MoO3 GeO2 and ReO3 were appeared. But the surface area is lower than carrier.Under the hydrofining conditions of temperature was 380℃,reaction pressure was 3.0Mp, LHSV was 4h-1, V(H)/V(O) was 500. Compared with other catalysts, MoG(eRe)/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 was better MoP/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 ,NiGe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2 and WGe/SiO2-TiO2-ZrO2.The influence of temperature and hydrogen pressure,High temperature is obviously preferable to HDS and HDN,but HDA is declined firstly and then increased. Pressure too high or too low were detrimental to the reaction.With the increase of pressure,HDA and HDN increased at first and then decreased.HDS was adverse. |
