A high amount of industrial flotsam fly ash was used in the body and glaze of sanitary pottery as a main material. A kind of sanitary pottery that has high efficient far-infrared radiant at normal temperature was obtained through a series of optimization experiments by using clay with high amount of magnesium、kaolin、feldspar、quartz and so on in body and fly ash、feldspar、quartz and so on in glaze, at the same time using ZrSiO3 and ZnO as a opacifier. The infrared emissivity of this material reach 0.91 ~0.93 and the blend strength is as high as 89~98MPa. The sintering range is 1150℃~1180℃and the water absorptions of samples are all lower than 0.5%. Whiteness and gloss are separately 40.15 and 54.9.By XRD infrared emissivity measurement instrument (IR) and other regular testing means testing analysis, It turned out that: microscopic structure have more quartz、mullite (fly ash introducte and react) crystalling phase. Crystal cell expansion、lattice distortion and more fly ash introduced high infrared emissivity Fe2O3 TiO2 etc are lead to high infrared emissivity; In sintering temperature range, with the sintering temperature rise, infrared emission rate can be reduced, the main reason is temperature makes crystalling phase crystalline integrity、crystal defect less、and density high、surface area decrease;Magnesia clay replace conventional calcining talc raw materials is help for the formability of grouting、reducing thermal expansion coefficients and improve strength and infrared emissivity ; but it cannot exceed the dosage of 27%; Based on the optimization experiment flocculences solutions, mud solution for good flocculences is water glass,the dosage is 0.4%.Fly ash health ceramics has high rate of functionalized infrared radiation, use for people’s health is very favorable; If fly ash is abundantly used in base glaze, it would open up a new way of recycling, and to protect the environment and industrial waste reuse is meaningful.
