With increasingly competitive situation of manufacturing, enterprises must have high quality products in order to seize the opportunity of the market. In the field of spinning machinery there is a thin-walled high precision spindle component which is assembled by bearing pedestal and flexible tube, because of the performance requirements of its work is relatively high, it is difficult to guarantee to achieve higher machining accuracy using traditional methods of process technology and fixture. The relative low-machining performance of the part has become the manufacturing bottleneck that the domestic industry’s quality cannot keep up with the world’s advanced level.In this paper, the technical bottlenecks to related technology research, special tooling and equipment development, the main research work and its results are as follows:1. Elastic tube with parts by the current process analysis and optimization design, made with the elastic tube bearing assembly after the processing of the process plan, proposed pieces of elastic tube with a fixture, while two-way support or continuous process for fine boring holes processing methods to ensure that pieces of elastic tube with coaxial two-way support the accuracy of the hole.2. Elastic tube with parts precision machining equipment dedicated key part of the overall design and detailed design. In the special equipment on the basis of overall design, carried out some of the structural design of the primary orientation and position error calculation; in the adaptive clamping technology, based on the adaptive design of the hydraulic clamping mechanism floating, and then the adaptive clamping The theoretical analysis and detailed design of adaptive clamping elements; by the finite element method for the key components of special equipment was calibrated bearing calculation.3. Proposed and implemented based on combination of pieces of elastic tube method and special tooling process carried out by the relevant tests and their results showed that the number of times in the fixture, clamping deformation, machining efficiency and precision in all aspects of manufacturing has obvious advantages, especially using specially designed pieces of elastic tube with integrated gauge coaxial elastic tube with parts of two-way support hole test results show that the proposed new technology and special equipment can support elastic tube with pieces of two-way coaxial holes in the error control 0.015mm or less.
