The gold deposits in Xionger’group formed in Taihua group and Xionger’group, the ratios is 60%, 40%, respectively. Thesis based on the study of Niutougou, Yaogou, Dongwan, Qianhe, Dianfang and Qiyugou deposits, research systematically the geochemistry of Taihua group and Xionger’group, and discussion the relationship of the auriferous strata and deposit from spatial, time and source.1, The up continental crust-normalized spidergrams of Taihua rocks show that there have flat and HREE-enriched type. The former spidergrams is similar to UCC and NASC, the latter is similar to LCC. The spidergrams of basalt, basaltic andesite, andesite of Xionger’group is similar to E-MORB and LCC, while dacite and rhyolite’s spidergrams is similar to NASC. The isotopic Sr and Nd data implies Xiong’er volcanic rocks drive from mantle which enrichmented by crustal exhumation with subduction during Archean and Proterozoic.2, Gold deposits generally formed unconformity of Taihua group and Xiong’er group, near pluton and north-east fault.3, Gold deposits cluster formed Yanshanian, Taihua group was formed from Neoarchean to Paleoproterozoic and has nonrelatinship of gold deposit, focus on the range of 26.7~28.5 Ga and 21.5~23.7 Ga. Xiong’er Group was formed early Mesoproterozoic (1.73~1.80Ga, average 1.77Ga) and has one ore time. While the time of gold deposits cluster in 130Ma(in the range of 114Ma~145Ma).4, It can be demonstrated that sources of the ore metals of this area is come from Taihua metamorphic rocks from Pb and S data.
