At present research about plant metabolomics has actived greatly. The development of analytical instruments is very quick, but the plant metabolites in complicated matrixes are not analyzed effectively. Traditional pretreatment methods are unable to meet the need of plant metabolomics analysis. So research and development of pretreatment methods that meet the need of plant metabolomics research is very important. On these conditions, this paper analyzes and compares the internal and external researches of plant metabolomics, mainly studies the applications of some new sample pretreatment methods in plant metabolomics. The main contents are summarized as follows:1.This paper compared headspace solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME),headspace liquid phase microextraction(HS-LPME) and microwave assisted extraction - headspace solid phase microextraction (MAE-HS-SPME) in the application of pretreatment of fresh flowers of Cinnamomum camphora L..The results showed that HS-SPME is a simple sampling method for measuring the volatile metabolites of flowers of Cinnamomum camphora L..Fragrance constituents from fresh flowers of Cinnamomum camphora L.and the regularity for change during different florescences were studied by HS-SPME-GC-MS.(E)-ocimene,β-linalool, epoxylinalol,β-caryophyllene,α-farnesene,(Z)-ocimene,limonene et al. were identified in the flowers of Cinnamomum camphora L..This study has provided a basis for better development and utilization of Cinnamomum camphora L.resources in our country. 2.The fragrance constituents from fresh flowers of different color Hyacinthus orientalis L.during different florescences were compared by HS-SPME-GC-MS.The variation of fragrance constituents of fresh flowers of Hyacinthus orientalis L.treated with freezing and different concentration SA were also studied. The results showed that in the volatile of fragrance from fresh flowers of purple Hyacinthus orientalis L.,the content of phenylethyl alcohol was highest and next to(E)-ocimene,acetic acid, phenylmethyl ester,3,4-dimethylcyclohexanol,β-myrcene,phenethyl acetate,α-farnesene.But in the volatile of fragrance from fresh flowers of pink Hyacinthus orientalis L.,the content of(E)-ocimene was highest and next to acetic acid, phenylmethyl ester,α-farnesene,phenylethyl alcohol,β-myrcene,3,4-dimethylcyclohexanol.The kind of fragrance constituents from fresh flowers of Hyacinthus orientalis L.during different florescences was different.Number of volatile compounds of frozen flowers decreased. The relative content of terpene compounds, ester and phenylethyl alcohol had changed greatly in the purple flowers of Hyacinthus orientalis L. treated with SA.3.The influence of wound-induction and external plant hormone methyl jasmonate on metabolites of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.was studied by HS-SPME-GC-MS.Firstly the parameters of SPME were optimized. The optimum conditions of SPME were that fiber-50/30μm DVB/CAR/PDMS,extraction time-30 min, desorption time-10 min.The results showed that:1) In the volatiles released from the damaged leave and neighboring leave of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.after damaged, the relative content of D-limonene,dihydrocarveol,cis-carveol,1-carvone,β-bourbonene,β-caryophyllene,α-humulene,germacrene D et al.had changed greatly. The regularity for content change of some terpene compounds was similar in the damaged leave and neighboring leave of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.. 2) In the volatiles released from the leave and neighboring leave of Mentha haplocalyx Briq.after treated with methyl jasmonate, the relative content ofα-pinene,sabinene,β-pinene,D-limonene,dihydrocarveol, 1-carvone,δ-elemene,β-caryophyllene et al.had changed greatly. The regularity for content change of some terpene compounds was similar in the treated leave and neighboring leave of Mentha haplocalyx Briq..
