Plant hormone is a kind of series trace organic small molecule compounds,which was synthesized by themselves.Plant hormone is very sensitive to heat,light,oxygen and easy to trigger a physiological reaction at extremely low levels while its physiological effects are very complicated.Because of the plant hormones play a important role in each physiological process,how to accurate and fast analysis of trace plant hormones in different plants become the topic of generation,especially in situ analysis.Solid phase microextraction technology integrate both extraction,separation and enrichment technologies,easily connected with GC and LC,can reduce the matrix effect and avoid loss of the partial components and provide a new avenue for real-time detection of plant hormones.However,when SPME was used in the plant samples there were exist some disadvantages,such as expensive,low enrichment ratio,easy to be polluted and the coating was easy to fall off.Therefore,we focus on the new coating material or new extraction method.In this research prepared carbon nanofibers/carbon fiber by the chemical vapor deposition method,to establish a microextraction method for real-time detection of plant hormones.By modified nano carbon fibers on carbon fiber form a three-dimensional structure to effectively increase the active sites,thus increase the ratio of enrichment,solve the problem of low concentration was difficult to realize real-time detection.The method can fast and accurately analysis of three kinds of plant hormones(JA,IAA and ABA),All experiment procedure need 4 min to complete,achieve the goal of the fast analysis of plant hormones.The recovery of each target was about 72%N 87%,RSD was 3.30%?7.52%(n=6),in the 10 ng mL-I?200 ng mL-1 has a good linearity(0.9925?0.9925).This method can give important guidance of explore the relationship between different kinds of hormones,realized the mechanism about how hormones control plants to adapt environment,confirm the hormones content levels in plants'each organs and cells,quality control,production of crops and genetic breeding etc.
