Taurine is an essential amino acid in human body .Taurine exists in organism in the form of liberation. It exists not only in oxgall but also in halobios such as oyster, sepia, clam, etc.Taurine has special physiological and pharmacological actions, which can stimulate the development of cerebrum, adjust nerve conduction, maintain the proper functioning of heart, liver, internal secretioninternal, etc. Taurine is widely used in food additive, medicament, detergent, etc. At present, the taurine is usually made by chemosynthesis at home and abroad. It has a lot of disadvantages for example raw materials are very poisonous,methodology operation is complex, fabrication facilities need big investments, environment can be polluted, etc. So extraction of taurine has long been concerned and researched by people. This paper established several methods of extraction and analysis of taurine in octopus’offal.This present studied extracted taurine from octopus’offal.The result shows that the optimum extraction to achieve the maximum yields of taurine were reported at 100℃for 1.5 hour, the ratio of the material and water was 1:4.Turn the pH of extracted taurine solution to 5.0,then get across the ion-exchange resin one time by 6ml/min velocity of flow, can get the best result of adsorption taurine. Then wash the ion-exchange resin by 80℃water with 9ml/min by non-ion water, collected the taurine solution when the conductance ratio beginning drop to steady-going. The best crystallized condition is: concertrate the taurine elution to 3% of front vol, add 3 times ethanol, 4℃,0.5h; recrystallizition can get the high purity taurine .This present also studied taurine’effect on anti-fatigue and Cultured NRCs’apoptisis in nonoxygen condition.The result shows as follow:(1) When the content is raised to 740~750mg/L, the test mice have the best anti-fatigue effect, and also have the best effect of reduce MDA quantity, get the best effect of anti-oxidation, the anti-fatigue and anti-oxidation have some kand of coopreration.(2) Taurine can significant enhance the the NRCs’SOD activation and reduce MDA quantity, rivalry the NRCs’apoptosis.It shows that taurine can significant enhance NRCs’anti-oxidation on non-oxygen culture.According as the result of experiment,the effect of taurine’periphery anti-oxidation can promote the anti-fatigue and rivalry cell apoptosis in some extent.
